Low-Carb Entrees

IF there's something that I'm always looking for to keep me on my macros, it's Low-Carb entrees! But, so often, low-carb can mean nasty. Like, eating cardboard nasty. These recipes are SO not the case.

Cabbage + Beef Stir Fry

This is seriously one of my newest and favorite recipes. I know a bunch of you have seen me make the Paleo Phad Thai, which is a phad thai with spaghetti squash instead of noodles. This one is a LOT like that, but WAY easier! I post this little how-to video in my facebook group way back when, and since it walks through the whole process, I thought I would just share it here again.

What you'll need:

  • Ground Beef
  • Cabbage - I use a classic pre-shredded cole slaw mix
  • Soy Sauce - Low Sodium
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sriracha
  • Garlic
  • Brown Sugar
  • And I think that's it....
